CEO

Dusty Gulleson is Chief Executive Officer and has built eResources from a one-man web consulting firm into a thriving competitor in the Content Management, Online Application Management, and custom applications market.

Michael Toguchi

President

Michael Toguchi is the President at eResources and manages the company’s Software division. He is involved in all aspects of the day-to-day operations, including administration, project management, business development and marketing.

Christal Glover

COO

Our Chief Operating Officer Christal Glover has 15+ years of experience building, organizing and managing successful creative teams, including the Louisville-born (yet internationally-famous) LebowskiFest. Her quiet strength, curiosity and talent for understanding team dynamics has been integral to building VIA’s people, processes and partnerships into what they are today.

Daniel Cahya

CTO

Daniel Cahya is Chief Technology Officer and a founding partner at eResources. He has over 15 years of professional experience implementing advanced web systems.

Steve Sirag

CISO

Since 2003, Steve Sirag, has served as CISO at eResources. In this role, he is responsible for developing and implementing the company’s information security strategy, managing risks, overseeing incident response, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading the security team. Steve’s leadership ensures that the organization’s data and systems are protected against emerging cyber threats while maintaining a strong security posture across all operations.

Jason Clark

CMO

Working since 1990 in the professional creative field, Jason Clark is Chief Marketing Officer for eResources. His passions lay with creating opportunities for our community and those in our industry, while also creating deeply unique expressions for our clients. He oversees our company’s marketing strategy while also being our point person with prospective partners and clients. Jason has been awarded AIGA Louisville’s only Visionary Award, and has been named One of 20 People to Know in Advertising by Business First.
